Hurray, we're at #1!! The most popular blog post on Joyous Health is my famous carrot cake balls . I made thousands of these balls sampling them at workshops and book signings. I love adding Genuine Health's fermented vegan proteins+ vanilla flavour to them. This makes them more dense and "meaty". You don't have to modify the recipe at all. Just add 1 scoop. You can watch the 2013.
Thank you to everyone who reaches out either commenting on the blog or emailing me to share your health journey. I read every email you send and you continue to inspire me! Keep on sharing feedback on my recipes and your health transformations from doing the Joyous 10-day Detox, I love it!
Joyous health to you,
Joy
Happy new year, Joy! Can't wait to see more great tips, videos, recipes, and expertise from you in 2015.
ReplyThe green smoothie was gross! The protein powder is so chalky. Tried with hemp and it is overpowering.
ReplySorry to hear this. Which brand of protein powder did you use? If you are not used to protein powder you could always nix it and just use 1/4 cup of hemp hearts instead. Remember that you are in control of your smoothie so if it's too dense just add more water or your favourite nut milk so it tastes just how you like it. Hope that helps! Better luck next time :)
