Happy Friday!
I was in the mood for a quick chocolate-y snack this afternoon and just my luck I had a perfectly ripe avocado so I whipped this up in my mini food processor. Serves 2 (or 1 very generously).

Happy Friday to you too! Thanks for sharing the recipe! Love your name and business:) Looking for salads brought me here.
ReplyBy 'raw cacao', do you mean cocoa powder, or 100% cocoa nibs? Looks delicious! :)
ReplyYes sorry for the confusion - raw cacao powder.
Did u use cacao powder or raw nibs? Just made it for my kids and did half and half for a crunchy touch but assuming the powder is better :)
ReplyThanks for sharing...was delicious!!!

Hi Joy, How would I double or triple this recipe for a family function? Thank you, Karen
ReplyI would suggest this recipe instead, it's a little more updated:https://www.joyoushealth.com/27329-blog-chocolate-maca-avocado-pudding
Just double the # of ingredients. If you don't have maca, simply omit this ingredient.
