9 Healthy Gluten, Dairy & Sugar-free Snack Ideas
Time and time again people ask me what to eat for snacks instead of chips, crackers and cookies. These types of snacks if not homemade with simple ingredients are usually full of chemicals, bad fats and dont do anything joyous for your waistline! Plus if you are gluten-sensitive they will only promote inflammation and likely contain far too much sugar and sodium. These snack ideas Ive listed in this post are delicious, guilt-free and joyous-approved.
