Peaches and Cream Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 2 cups peaches or 6 small peaches
  • 1-2 bananas
  • 5 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (400mL) full fat coconut milk
  • Juice from 3 large navel oranges or 1.5 cups orange juice
Toppings
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sliced kiwi fruit
  • Peach slices
  • Handful cashews
  • Sliced banana
  • Your favourite granola
Instructions
  1. If you have a Bluicer, place oranges into juice extractor to make orange juice. Then remove the extractor and place the blender jug on top.
  2. Next, place all ingredients including orange juice into the blender jug and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you don't have a Bluicer, you can simply use a juice extractor to make juice. Or you can place 1 whole orange in your blender along with the other ingredients. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour smoothie mixture into 2 bowls and top with your favourite ingredients -- see my yummy suggestions!
Notes

Serves 2
When peaches are in season and you can make this whole bowl with fresh peaches it is out of this world! Of course, it's still yummy with frozen peaches too anytime of year.

I made this recipe using Breville's Bluicer which is a blender and a juice extractor combined in one machine. It's super duper convenient.

Optional: Add a scoop of your favourite protein powder!
